Bella Thorne‘s rainbow-colored outfit was as vibrant as her mood today!

The 19-year-old actress was spotted spending some time with singer/songwriter Josh Golden on Monday (January 30) in Santa Monica, Calif.

He wrapped his arms around her shoulders as they enjoyed a meal at M Street Kitchen. (And yes, their hair colors totally matched.)

After they left the restaurant, Bella was seen jumping high into the air and squatting low to the ground at different points during their animated conversation.

The duo, along with Bella‘s older sister Dani and her boyfriend, also rented bikes at Venice Beach and cruised along the sand.
