Sam Heughan celebrated his birthday this week with his girlfriend MacKenzie Mauzy!

The Outlander star turned 37 years old on April 30, and celebrated with a group of friends in South Africa to celebrate! Happy belated birthday, Sam!

The photo was posted by his co-star Caitriona Balfe, who can also be seen in the photo.
