Selena Gomez Announces '13 Reasons Why' Season 2 (Video)

It’s finally official – 13 Reasons Why is coming back for a second season.

Executive producer Selena Gomez just announced the news on her Instagram page, along with a trailer of just b-roll and some eerie music.

“Their story isn’t over. Season 2 of #13ReasonsWhy is coming,” she captioned the video. Watch below.

According to THR, the show will premiere season two some time in 2018 with 13 hour-long episodes.

Season 2 “picks up in the aftermath of Hannah Baker’s (Katherine Langford) death and the start of the characters’ complicated journeys toward healing and recovery.”
