A Katy Perry Fan Was Arrested for Allegedly Stalking Her on the 'Witness Tour'

A Katy Perry fan has been arrested for allegedly stalking the “Chained To The Rhythm” pop superstar on her Witness Tour.

A 37-year-old man named Pawel Jurski was arrested in Miami, Florida, and appeared in court on Thursday (December 21) facing felony charges of aggravated stalking and escape, according to E! News.

The defendant allegedly entered a restricted backstage area at the American Airlines Arena in Miami on Wednesday night (December 20), attempting to rush the stage while Katy was performing, according to a police report.

He reportedly told police: “I will do whatever it takes to be with Katy Perry.”

The police report states that he also tried to contact the singer at two shows in Canada, and attended several shows in the past 20 days across North America.
