‘9-1-1’ Actor Oliver Stark on His Eye Birthmark: It’s Not Herpes!

If you’re watching Fox’s new hit drama series 9-1-1, you might be wondering what happened to hunky actor Oliver Stark‘s eye.

The 26-year-old British actor has a birthmark above his left eye and he spoke out about it a couple years ago in response to questions on Twitter.

“I have 1 burning question before I stop being a twitter pest: is your eye hurt or is that part of costume? I’ve been wondering,” a fan asked. Oliver responded, “Birth mark! I most enjoyed the tweet today that asked if I had ‘eye herpes’… :)).”

Another fan tweeted to Oliver saying that he also has a birthmark under his eye and “grew up getting asked if someone hit me.”

Oliver responded, “EVERYDAY I GET ASKED!”
