Gina Rodriguez is all smiles as she poses alongside Camila Alves and Brooklyn Decker at Create & Cultivate and Fossil’s Women To Watch Day on Sunday (March 11) at The Refinery in Austin, Texas.

The 33-year-old Jane The Virgin star and the ladies were also joined by Elizabeth Chambers and SoulCycle CEO Melanie Whelan and many more at the day of panels, keynotes, and pop ups.
