Gwyneth Paltrow Shares Wellness Tips at In goop Health Summit!

Gwyneth Paltrow is all smiles while stepping out for the 2018 In goop Health Summit on Saturday afternoon (June 9) at 3Labs in Culver City, Calif.

The 45-year-old actress and goop founder looked pretty in a black and white floral-print dress as she stepped to share some of her health and wellness tips with the audience members.

“Our focus is towards being and achieving the optimal versions of ourselves,” Gwyneth said in the promotional video for the event. “Ultimately it’s a community of like-minded people who are looking for ways to enrich their lives.”

Joining Gwyneth at the event were her close friends jewelry designer Jennifer Meyer and actress Lake Bell.

FYI: Gwyneth is wearing an Ulla Johnson for goop dress.
