A bit later, the royal couple headed to an event honoring Pillars, a charity operating across New Zealand that supports children who have a parent in prison by providing special mentoring.
Later that evening, the Duchess changed into a navy dress to visit the Auckland War Memorial Museum for a reception hosted by Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern.
If you don’t know, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are on their official 16-day Autumn tour visiting cities in Australia, Fiji, Tonga and New Zealand.
