Josh Henderson Is Innocent in Burglary Case, Alibi Revealed

Josh Henderson was arrested last week after he was suspected of robbing his neighbor, but his name has been cleared after his alibi was confirmed.

The 37-year-old actor’s neighbor had three burglars enter his Los Angeles apartment earlier this month and steal $7,000 in jewelry and other items. The neighbor reportedly believed Josh was one of the men in surveillance footage, even though it’s hard to decipher faces in the video.

Josh told police he couldn’t possibly be the burglar as he was in his apartment the entire night and didn’t leave, which was proven via surveillance video of his front door, according to TMZ. The D.A. rejected the burglary case against him after cops presented the evidence.
