Kanye West & Kim Kardashian Back Out of $14 Million Miami Condo Deal

Kanye West and Kim Kardashian are no longer moving into a luxury Miami Beach condo.

The 41-year-old Ye rapper and the 38-year-old Keeping Up With The Kardashians reality star are backing out of a $14 million deal for the super exclusive space according to TMZ.

The two have reportedly decided to spend their money on “a piece of property that’s more private and secluded,” and are looking in various tropical locations instead.

They will reportedly lose out on their $600,000 down payment.

The deal was initially a surprise from Kanye to Kim as a Christmas present.
