Justin Bieber and his wife Hailey tied the knot last year on September 13 with a courthouse wedding, but they still have not celebrated with a party for friends and family.

The couple is reportedly planning on throwing a formal wedding celebration in September, according to TMZ.

The party might serve as both a wedding party and an anniversary celebration. Invitations are expected to be sent out in the next week once a date has been finalized.

Justin and Hailey were spotted out and about over the weekend, after he wrote her a sweet love note on Instagram.
