Shay Mitchell is officially past her due date and she’s doing everything she can to induce labor – including the baby mama dance!

The 32-year-old pregnant Pretty Little Liars actress shared a video of her and partner Matte Babel dancing together in their house.

“I’m officially overdue and trying everything…. dancing, extra spicy Prince Street pizza, turmeric ice cream (although Matte seems to be having more of it than I do). If the Baby Mama Dance won’t work, what will??” Shay captioned the video.

This will be the first child for the longtime couple.
