Ciara Performs 'Melanin' at American Music Awards 2019

Ciara is taking over the stage!

The 34-year-old Beauty Marks singer hosted the 2019 American Music Awards on Sunday night (November 24) at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles.

Not only did Ciara handle hosting duties throughout the night, she also performed “Melanin” at the beginning of the show! The empowering new song was released this month, and is all about self-love and embracing yourself. The track features Lupita Nyong’o, Ester Dean, City Girls and La La.
