Lizzo Not Banned from Staples Center After Baring Her Thong

Despite rumors that Lizzo has been banned from the Staples Center after baring her thong at a Los Angeles Lakers game, she’s still allowed to attend events at the arena!

The president of the venue, Lee Zeidman, is speaking out to confirm that Lizzo has not been banned from the Staples Center.

“She is not banned from the Staples Center and is welcome here anytime,” he told Billboard. “It’s ridiculous that these rumors get started and that people write these types of things without making any attempt to find out the truth. It’s very lazy and disrespectful.”

Zeidman hopes that Lizzo will perform a concert at the venue one day!

After Lizzo‘s thong-baring dance went viral, she had some things to say on Instagram Live.

“Who I am and the essence of me and the things that I choose to do as a grown-ass woman can inspire you to do the same,” Lizzo said. “You don’t have to be like me, you need to be like you. And never, ever let somebody stop you or shame you from being yourself.”
