In a new sneak peek for the upcoming season of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, the 39-year-old reality star needed some helping squeezing into her skintight, latex outfit before heading out for the day.

“I literally feel like I pulled a muscle in my shoulder,” Kim said as a few people had to help put her in the outfit.

Kim wore the straight-off-the-runway Balmain look while stepping out during Paris Fashion Week earlier this month.
