Karl Cook Responds to Kaley Cuoco's Divorce Papers - Here's What He's Asking For

Karl Cook has responded to Kaley Cuoco‘s divorce papers with a set of his own divorce papers.

The papers revealed exactly what he’s requesting as part of the settlement.

Like Kaley, Karl also cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the separation. He’s also requesting that the court terminate the ability for either of them to get spousal support. He’s also willing to pay his own attorney fees, as she will also pay for her own.

Karl wants back “miscellaneous jewelry and other personal effects,” as well as his “earnings and accumulations” that he received during the marriage.

“There are additional separate property assets and obligations of each party as mandated by the parties’ Premarital Agreement,” the papers say. He wants communal property to be divided based on the prenup.

As for the date of separation, Karl wrote “TBD.”
