Cole Sprouse & Kathryn Newton To Star in Zelda Williams Directed 'Lisa Frankenstein'

Cole Sprouse and Kathryn Newton are teaming up for a movie together, which will be directed by Zelda Williams.

According to Deadline, the flick is title Lisa Frankenstein, and comes from a script penned by Diablo Cody.

The outlet reports that Diablo will also serve as a producer alongside Mason Novick, who will produce via his MXN Entertainment banner.

Set in 1989, Lisa Frankenstein follows an unpopular high schooler who accidentally re-animates a handsome Victorian corpse during a lightning storm and starts to rebuild him into the man of her dreams using the broken tanning bed in her garage.

Principal photography on the movie is expected to begin later this summer.
