Hilary Rhoda Files for Divorce from Sean Avery After Nearly 7 Years of Marriage

Hilary Rhoda has filed for divorce from former NHL player Sean Avery.

The 35-year-old model filed the court docs in Los Angeles this week, citing “irreconcilable differencs,” according to TMZ.

Hilary and Sean, 42, got married back in 2015 and are the parents to a two-year-old son named Nash. She is requesting physical custody of their son and to share legal custody with Sean.

The date of separation is listed as July 17.

Back in April, Sean wrote a sweet birthday message for Hilary. He wrote, “Happy Birthday to the most beautiful woman in the world who continues to evolve as a creative and, more importantly, an incredible mother.”
