Lindsay Lohan to Star in Netflix Rom-Com 'Irish Wish'

Lindsay Lohan‘s big Hollywood return continues!

The 36-year-old Mean Girls actress is set to star in an upcoming romantic comedy at Netflix called Irish Wish, Deadline reported on Thursday (September 1).

The movie is part of Lindsay’s two movie deal with the streaming platform, following the announcement of her holiday movie Falling for Christmas, which is out on November 10 on the streamer.

This is a reunion between Lindsay and director Janeen Damian, who also filmed her holiday movie.

Here’s a plot summary: “Irish Wish follows Maddie. When the love of her life gets engaged to her best-friend, she puts her feelings aside to be a bridesmaid at their wedding in Ireland. Days before the pair are set to marry, Maddie makes a spontaneous wish for true love, only to wake up as the bride-to-be. With her dream seeming to come true, Maddie soon realizes that her real soulmate is someone else entirely.”
