Country Legend Loretta Lynn Passes Away at 90
Country legend Loretta Lynn has passed away at the age of 90.
Her family has confirmed her passing, saying in a statement, “Our precious mom, Loretta Lynn, passed away peacefully this morning, October 4th, in her sleep at home at her beloved ranch in Hurricane Mills.” She passed in her sleep.
Loretta had a decades-long career and was known for hits including “Fist City” and “The Pill,” among so many more. She is in the Country Music Hall of Fame and has 51 Top 10 hits during her 60 years in the industry.
