The 23-year-old model and son of Cindy Crawford confirmed that he and his fellow model were a couple with a post on social media.

“Guys I did it,” he captioned his post, which opened with a sweet selfie of the duo.

His caption referenced a clip of the couple kissing, which was set to a soundtrack of someone saying “Guys I did it! I found the person that makes me the happiest I have ever been.”

“if you didn’t already know, I’m in love,” Lexi captioned an Instagram post of her own.

Hers featured photos of the pair making heart shadow puppets at the beach, a video of them sharing a kiss while she held an ice cream cone and a photo of herself wearing a Gerber jersey.

“My angel,” Presley commented. “I love you.”
