Jennifer Grey Shares New Details About 'Dirty Dancing' Sequel

Jennifer Grey is teasing the upcoming Dirty Dancing sequel!

If you missed it, earlier this year it was announced that a sequel to the iconic 1987 film starring the 62-year-old actress and the late Patrick Swayze was in the works with director Jonathan Levine.

In a new interview, Jennifer shared some new details about the upcoming movie.

While speaking to Extra, Jennifer hinted that the movie will be taking place again at the fictional resort Kellerman’s, just like in the original movie.

She also said that fans will see “Baby, quite a few years older,” adding that, “You will see other characters that are from the original.”

In a previous interview, Jennifer explained why filming the movie will be “tricky.”

The Dirty Dancing sequel is expected to start filming in spring 2023 and is scheduled to hit theaters in early 2024.
