Model and influencer Jeff Thomas has tragically passed away at the young age of 35.

The Miami Police Department told People that Jeff had been found on Wednesday (March 8) at an apartment complex.

Jeff was signed with London’s AMCK Models and has social media photos with celebs including Megan Fox and Nicole Scherzinger.

Jeff‘s final Instagram post is chilling and fans are flooding it with comments in tribute to him.

Jeff shared a photo on the day of his death of himself laying down in a pool. He wrote, “A cold plunge a day, keeps the doctor away 💧 #coldplunge #wellness #mentalhealth.”
