Us Weekly broke the news that the couple had come to an agreement regarding their split.

Kate and Michael agreed to split their properties, with her keeping one in Montana and another in Pasadena. Meanwhile, Michael‘s property will be next door to hers in Montana.

Both will maintain ownership of personal belongings including cars and art. Kate‘s personal bank accounts and retirement funds will all remain her own. The pair agreed not to pay spousal support to each other.

The news comes after Kate sparked engagement rumors by wearing a ring on that finger on the red carpet at the 2023 Vanity Fair Oscar Party.

She gave fans more reason to think that she and Justin were taking the next step in their relationship later in the week.
