The animated movie The Super Mario Bros. Movie is now in theaters and it’s expected to be a smash hit at the box office.

Fans who are checking out the movie will likely want to know if they should stick around after the credits for an additional scene. Many movies these days, especially ones that are part of a franchise, will include extra footage at the end to tease future installments or to give audiences some bonus content.

So, do you need to stick around after The Super Mario Bros. Movie?

We can confirm that YES, there are multiple scenes during the credits, so make sure to stick around to check them out.

The first scene happens during the credits. While Bowser is playing the piano and singing about Princess Peach, the Mushroom Guard intervenes and orders him to halt. However, as the camera pans out, we discover that Bowser is trapped inside a cage and still miniature in size.

After the credits are done rolling, the second scene is shown. As the camera glides through the network of pipes in Brooklyn, it comes to rest on a white egg adorned with green spots, which then begins to fracture. The scene then fades to black, accompanied by the exclamation “Yoshi!” resounding in the background.

There’s around 16 points of articulation for each figure allowing for different dynamic poses. One of the coolest features are the acrylic eyes, where it gives an effect that its eyes are following you.

They have various figures including Mario, Luigi, Peach, Toad, Kamek, and a flying Koopa Paratoopa. Despite its small size, they are very detailed an awesome addition to anyone’s Mario collection.

To complement the mini-figures, there’s a Mushroom Kingdom Castle Playset. Inspired by the movie, the castle opens up to a nearly 22″ wide playset that features the training scene from the film.

And how can we forget the biggest baddie of them all. This Bowser figure is one of the best figures in the line.

With over 15 points of articulation, this figure is pretty sizeable and comes complete with some amazing effects. The figure features an illuminated “fire breathing” effect that emanates from his mouth. This is achieved by adding water and 3 AAA batteries to turn on the effect.

The mold, and heft of the figure is well worth it and is one of the most highly sought after figures from this line.
