Kerry Washington & Husband Nnamdi Asomugha Arrive in Style for Met Gala 2023

Kerry Washington is hitting the red carpet!

The 46-year-old Scandal actress posed for photos while arriving at the 2023 Met Gala held on Monday evening (May 1) at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City.

For the event, Kerry wore a black sparkling bra with a matching long skirt.

Also seen arriving at the event was Kerry‘s husband Nnamdi Asomugha, who looked handsome in a black tux.

The theme of the Met Gala this year is “Karl Lagerfeld: A Line of Beauty” and the event will honor the late fashion designer. The dress code for the gala is “in honor of Karl,” who has worked at such fashion houses as Balmain, Chloé, Fendi, and Chanel. The official co-chairs for the 2023 event are Michaela Coel, Penelope Cruz, Roger Federer, and Dua Lipa.
