Jonathan Scott Says He Gets Asked When He & Zooey Deschanel Will Get Engaged Almost Daily

Jonathan Scott gets asked a lot of questions, but only question almost every day.

He and his brother Drew Scott sat down for an interview about the new season of Celebrity IOU.

“Do you guys get asked almost every day when you guys will get engaged?” he was asked.

“Yes, in fact, that is the one for today,” Jonathan said to ET Canada.

“Most of the time, we’re talking about other things,” he added, noting they just celebrated their son’s sixth birthday. Jonathan co-parents Zooey’s daughter Elsie, 7, and Charlie, 6, whom she shares with ex-husband Jacob Pechenik.

“But every now and then somebody asks about that and I’m like, ‘Hey, whoa, whoa, pressure. We’ll get there.’ You’ll be the first to know, I’m sure,” Jonathan said sarcastically.

Celebrity IOU focuses on Hollywood A-listers expressing their deep gratitude to the individuals who have had a major impact on their lives. The show will return with eight episodes on Monday, May 15.
