Ashley Park, Stephanie Hsu, Sherry Cola & Sabrina Wu Premiere 'Joy Ride' For CAAM's Opening Night in San Francisco!

The stars of Joy Ride brought their movie to San Francisco!

Stephanie Hsu, Sherry Cola, Ashley Park, and Sabrina Wu hit the red carpet together for the event, held at the Castro Theatre for the 2023 CAAMFest Opening Night Gala on Thursday night (May 11).

Ahead of the screening and Q&A panel in support of the movie, the stars joined Stephen Gong, Executive Director of the Center for Asian American Media, and Jess Ju, the Director of Programs and Operations at CAPE, on the red carpet.

Here’s what Joy Ride is all about: When Audrey’s business trip to Asia goes sideways, she enlists the help of Lolo, her childhood best friend, Kat, a college friend, and Deadeye, Lolo’s eccentric cousin. Their epic, no-holds-barred experience becomes a journey of bonding, friendship, belonging and wild debauchery that reveals the universal truth of what it means to know and love who you are.

The movie will arrive in theaters on July 7.
