Fans are wondering if Justin Long and Kate Bosworth said “I do” thanks to an off-the-cuff statement.

The couple sparked engagement questions in March while attending the 2023 Vanity Fair Oscar Party. They confirmed the happy news a few weeks later and even shared how Justin popped the question.

Now questions are circulating regarding if the couple got married without letting anyone know. Why? Because Justin recently referred to Kate as his “now-wife.”

The actor made the statement casually during an episode of his Life is Short with Justin Long podcast.

“I was there while I was really falling in love with my now-wife,” he said while recounting a story about Kate visiting him onset.

“I like separating the relationship,” he said, admitting that he hadn’t previously been comfortable with the idea of having a loved one visit him on set. “But, yeah, I loved having her there and we just had the most magical time.”

Justin also appears to be wearing a ring that looks suspiciously like a wedding band in a video of him and Kate that she posted on her Instagram story on Monday (May 15).
