Jenna Dewan Shares Update on Wedding Plans with Fiance Steve Kazee: 'We're Getting There'

Jenna Dewan is sharing an update on her wedding plans!

If you didn’t know, the 42-year-old The Rookie actress and fiance Steve Kazee announced their engagement in February 2020. Since then, the couple has been enjoying building a life together and welcomed their son Callum, now 3, in March 2020.

In a new interview, Jenna shared an update on how the wedding plans are going.

“My family’s like, ‘When guys, when?’ We’ll get there. I promise, we’re getting there,” Jenna shared with Us Weekly.

“We at least have the location, so we’ve gotten [a] step further,” Jenna added. “But it’s just been so busy, honestly. Life has been so busy, and work’s been busy.”

Along with Callum, Jenna is also mom to daughter Everly, 10, whom she shares with ex-husband Channing Tatum.

“Life is busy. Kids are busy. They have so many activities. I’m busy working and mothering and all this,” Jenna continued. “Finding and creating the space just to say, ‘Hey, we’re gonna do cookies for an hour’ or we’re gonna — for Evie, [it] used to be go outside and make a fairy house — or we’re gonna do something that is slowing us down, it’s intentional. But I’m open to however it ends up looking.”

Along with the wedding plans, Jenna also teased that she has several new projects in the works with her Everheart Productions company.

“I have a lot of things in production with my production company, a lot of development and some books that we’re adapting and some stories we’re adapting,” Jenna shared. “I do have a production deal with Lifetime which was really, actually fun. I think they’re so supportive of women and us moving in the different aspects of this business.”

Back in 2021, Jenna explained why she and Steve, 47, put a pause on their wedding plans.
