Marvel's Tenoch Huerta Accused of Sexual Assault by Musician & Activist Maria Elena Rios (Report)

ORIGINAL: Tenoch Huerta is facing serious accusations.

The 42-year-old Marvel actor, who played Namor in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, was accused of violent sexual abuse by musician and activist Maria Elena Rios, according to her social media posts.

While explaining her break from the Mexican anti-racism organization Poder Prieto, Maria revealed that the group allegedly published a podcast involving her on their website after she broke from the group, and didn’t pay her for it. When the group disputed her claims, arguing that the group had no involvement with the production of the podcast, she then accused them of protecting Tenoch, via CBR.

“I made it very clear to them when I left their group that they protect the violent and sexual PREDATOR of @TenochHuerta that they did not publish anything about me. They still went to look for me at a concert of hypocrites to avoid scandals for their @MarvelLATAM movie,” she wrote in Spanish.

“It is very difficult to talk about the emotional abuse and abuse of power of a sexual predator who is loved in the world for playing a movie character like @TenochHuerta. Charming in appearance, the great hallmark of a narcissist + a good helping of victimization.”

She also responded to questioning from commenters: “‘And why didn’t you report?’ They say those who live in a macho country, where justice is unattainable where they almost kill you and still they don’t believe you or justice comes. And no, I don’t want to be famous. And no, I don’t want money because I know how to work.”

Tenoch Huerta has not yet responded to the claims.
