Jamie Foxx Celebrates With a Big Party Amid Recovery From Medical Complication

Jamie Foxx is celebrating!

The 55-year-old actor, who was hospitalized three months ago due to what his daughter Corinne Foxx called a “medical complication,” had a party to “celebrate being better,” according to a source via People.

The source went on to say that the actor “has been working really hard these last couple of months to get back to normal and has greatly improved since he first got to the facility.”

The party was held at the Chicago rehabilitation facility he has been going to, according to the report.

“He is still doing some outpatient rehab though,” they added.

Jamie first suffered a medical complication on April 11 while filming the Netflix movie Back in Action in Atlanta. A month later, his daughter said that her dad “has been out of the hospital for weeks, recuperating.”

He was also spotted for the first time since the hospitalization earlier this month – on a boat!
