Ethan Slater Files for Divorce from Wife Lilly Jay Amid Ariana Grande Relationship

Ethan Slater is officially ending his marriage to Lilly Jay.

Following news of his relationship with Ariana Grande, the 31-year-old Tony Award-nominated actor filed for divorce from his wife after four years of marriage.

Ethan filed for divorce from Lilly on Wednesday (July 26) in New York, according to legal documents obtained by TMZ. No specific reason for the divorce has been released yet.

Ethan and Lilly married in 2018 and welcomed their son in August 2022.

Earlier this month, it was announced that Ariana, 30, and husband Dalton Gomez had separated after two years of marriage. Days later, it was revealed that Ariana was dating Ethan after meeting on set of the upcoming movie Wicked.

Sources close to Lilly recently shared that she’s “devastated her family’s been torn apart” and also reportedly feels like Ethan “completely turned his back on his family.”
