Saoirse Ronan & Paul Mescal Star in New Science Fiction Movie 'Foe' - Watch the Trailer

There’s a brand new trailer for Saoirse Ronan and Paul Mescal‘s upcoming film, Foe!

The science fiction thriller, based on the book by best-selling author Iain Reid, is set to premiere in theaters in the US on October 6.

The 29-year-old Lady Bird actress and the 27-year-old Normal People actor star as a married couple, Hen and Junior.

The characters are living on a desolate farm in 2065 when a stranger (played by Aaron Pierre) shows up with a wild offer for Junior that involves a pilot space program…and an artificial version of himself.

Foe wrestles with themes of the meaning of humanity, where the future is headed, and more big questions. The chemistry between Saoirse and Paul is palpable in the two-minute trailer!
