Bob Barker Remembered by Longtime Love Nancy Burnet After His Passing

Bob Barker‘s longtime girlfriend Nancy Burnet is breaking her silence after his death.

On Saturday (August 26), it was announced that the legendary host of The Price Is Right had died at the age of 99.

Several hours later, Nancy released a statement mourning Bob.

“I am so proud of the trailblazing work Barker and I did together to expose the cruelty to animals in the entertainment industry and including working to improve the plight of abused and exploited animals in the United States and internationally,” Nancy shared with Entertainment Tonight. “We were great friends over these 40 years. He will be missed.”

Prior to Bob‘s death, Nancy oversaw his care and she is also co-executive of his estate.

Bob and Nancy had been together since 1983.

Before his relationship with Nancy, Bob was married to high school sweetheart Dorothy for 35 years before she tragically died of lung cancer in 1981. The couple didn’t have any children.

The current host of The Price Is Right Drew Carey also released a statement mourning Bob‘s death.
