Hugh Jackman Says 'It's a Difficult Time' in First Outing Since Announcing Split from Deborra-Lee Furness

Hugh Jackman is stepping out for the first time since his shocking announcement.

On Friday (September 15), the 54-year-old X-Men actor and wife Deborra-Lee Furness shocked fans by announcing that they were separating after 27 years of marriage.

The following day, Hugh was seen out for the first time.

Hugh wore a gray T-shirt with black jeans as he went for a walk around his neighborhood on Saturday (September 16) in New York City. He was not wearing his wedding ring, as seen in photos shared by TMZ.

When asked how he’s holding up amid the separation, Hugh admitted that he’s having a hard time.

“It’s a difficult time,” Hugh told the photographer, before adding that didn’t want to talk about it.
