The first trailer for Grey’s Anatomy Season 19 is here.

The new ABC promo was released two weeks ahead of the show’s return, set for October 6.

In the teaser, Nick (Scott Speedman), back from Minnesota, announces that “It’s been six months.” Meredith Grey (Ellen Pompeo) adds: “It’s been a very difficult six months.”
