The 30-year-old personal trainer and Married at First Sight reality TV star hit the beach shirtless on Sunday (February 26) in Melbourne Beach, Australia.
The MAFS star was seen working up a sweat before hitting the water for a cool down in the Australian summer heat.
The 10th season of the international hit reality TV series debuted on January 30 on Nine Network, which featured 10 brides and 10 grooms being paired up by relationship experts John Aiken and Mel Schilling, as well as sexologist Alessandra Rampolla.

Shannon was paired with Caitlin McConville, a 27-year-old makeup artist from Brisbane. However, the two broke up before the final decision, and are no longer together.
Shannon, who previously appeared on Neighbours and Blue Heelers, has quickly become a controversial castmate after making brutal comments about Caitlin, and reuniting with his on-again, off-again ex after the show aired, amid reports that he was never seriously looking for love on the show.
