Celebrities are wondering why Donald Trump is still allowed to run for president, but Billy Bush is suspended from NBC’s Today show for their joint lewd conversation about women.

“So Billy Bush was suspended from @TheTodayShow &we may nominate the other guy on the tape to run the free world. AM I IN THE TWILIGHT ZONE?!,” Kristen Bell wrote on her Twitter account.

Billy was suspended just hours ago pending an investigation into his role in the leaked audio.

TV personality Billy Bush has been suspended from the Today show and NBC activities “pending further review” after his part in the lewd leaked audio with Donald Trump.

Senior Vice President Noah Oppenheim wrote a letter to the staff at the network letting them know the decision.

“There is simply no excuse for Billy’s language and behavior on that tape,” Noah wrote (via THR).

Billy Bush will not appear on the Today show on Monday (October 10) to apologize for his role in the leaked offensive conversation with Donald Trump.

The 44-year-old television personality was reportedly going to apologize, but NBC confirms to Variety that he is being sidelined from the 9 AM hour tomorrow.

NBC is also taking heat for not immediately reporting the Donald Trump/Billy Bush audio.

“NBC News did exactly what you would expect from a great news organization,” a spokesman told the publication. “As soon as we saw the tape and made the assessment it was undoubtedly newsworthy, we moved quickly and deliberately to get it published and to do so in the most responsible way.”

Billy Bush will in fact address the graphic conversation he had with Donald Trump back in 2005 during The Today Show on Monday (October 10), THR reports.

The 44-year-old television personality has already issued a written apology, and will now express his regrets on air.

“The plan is for him to have a chance to apologize,” a source told the mag.

In case you missed it, the leaked audio features Trump talking to Billy about pursuing married women.

He also says, “You know I’m automatically attracted to beautiful, I just start kissing them. It’s like a magnet. Just kiss. I don’t even wait. And when you’re a star, they let you do it. You can do anything. Grab them by the pu�”y. You can do anything.”

Billy Bush has issued an apology following the leak of an audio recording of a graphic conversation with Donald Trump.

The 44-year-old television personality expressed embarrassment for the conversation, during which Donald discussed pursing a married woman and other lewd comments about women.

“Obviously I’m embarrassed and ashamed. It’s no excuse, but this happened eleven years ago – I was younger, less mature, and acted foolishly in playing along. I’m very sorry,” he said in a statement to Variety.

Billy also recently deleted his Twitter account, but it was unrelated to the incident.

Billy Bush has deleted his Twitter only moments after an audio recording of his graphic conversation with Donald Trump leaked online.

The conversation took place back in 2005 when the 44-year-old television personality was the host of Access Hollywood.

Donald and Billy were caught talking on a live hot mic before their segment started. The presidential candidate has already issued an apology and tried to rationalize his comments by saying that he has heard Bill Clinton say worse things.

It looks like Billy won’t be commenting on Twitter as @BillyBush is no longer active.

UPDATE: It appears that the account was actually deleted in August.

A graphic conversation that Donald Trump had with former Access Hollywood host Billy Bush back in 2005 has leaked online.

“I moved on her and I failed, I’ll admit it. I did try and f–k her. She was married,” the Republican presidential candidate says in the video.

“You know I’m automatically attracted to beautiful, I just start kissing them. It’s like a magnet. Just kiss. I don’t even wait. And when you’re a star, they let you do it. You can do anything. Grab them by the pu–y,” Trump later says in the clip. “You can do anything.”

Donald was reportedly married to wife Melania at the time the video was record.

“This was locker room banter, a private conversation that took place many years ago. Bill Clinton has said far worse to me on the golf course – not even close. I apologize if anyone was offended,” Trump said in a statement.

Hillary Clinton has reacted to the video. “This is horrific. We cannot allow this man to become president,” she tweeted.
