Lady Gaga gets a kiss from her stylist-turned-designer Brandon Maxwell on the red carpet at the 2016 Daily Front Row Fashion Los Angeles Awards on Sunday (March 20) at the Sunset Tower Hotel in West Hollywood, Calif.
The 29-year-old entertainer presented Brandon with the Best Designer Debut award at the event and she was also an honoree. Gaga took home the Editor of the Year award for guest editing an issue of V Magazine last year.
“You’re the best friend a little gay boy with a dream could ever have. I love you much deeper than an instagram post could say, @ladygaga. Thank you for taking time out of your very busy life to present me with the Debut Designer of the Year award at the @dailyfrontrow #flas2016 awards, and thank you to everyone at The Daily, what a great night. Congrats to all of the other recipients!” Brandon wrote on Instagram.
Gaga also took to the stage to accept Karl Lagerfeld‘s award for Fashion Icon as he wasn’t able to attend. His godson Hudson, the son of model Brad Kroenig, presented the award.
