Sophie Turner hits the red carpet alongside husband Joe Jonas at the Dark Phoenix premiere on Tuesday night (June 4) at the TCL Chinese Theatre in Hollywood, Calif.

The 23-year-old actress and the 29-year-old singer coordinated in black and white outfits as they stepped out for premiere of her new X-Men movie.

The night before, Sophie supported Joe and his brothers at the premiere of their new Amazon Prime documentary Chasing Happiness.

Jessica Chastain wears all white at the premiere of Dark Phoenix on Tuesday night (June 4) at the TCL Chinese Theatre in Hollywood.

The two-time Oscar-nominated actress, who plays Vuk in the new X-Men movie, was also seen wearing a black cast on her arm. Jessica recently updated fans that she was having surgery on her wrist. See the video that she posted below.

Earlier in the day, Jessica wore a red dress while joining her co-stars at a Jimmy Kimmel Live taping.

FYI: Jessica is wearing a Toni Maticevski look, Jimmy Choo shoes, and Chopard earrings at the premiere. She’s wearing an ALC dress, Christian Louboutin shoes, and Tod’s sunglasses outside of Kimmel.

Director Simon Kinberg is explaining his decision to leave Wolverine out of Dark Phoenix completely.

While Hugh did bid goodbye to the beloved character in the 2017 film Logan, Simon kept him out for a few additional reasons.

“If you know the Dark Phoenix story, you’d want to really service the love story between Logan and Jean,” Simon told Rolling Stone. “And I think the notion of Hugh Jackman, as great as he looks for his age, and Sophie Turner — it didn’t sit well with me. Or anyone else!”

Simon continued, “There was an element of this being Jean’s story. And I was committing so fully to it that I didn’t want to run the risk of pulling away from Jean by going to the well of a fan-favorite character in these movies. I wanted this to be a very different experience of seeing an X-Men movie.”

Dark Phoenix hits theaters this week on June 7.

James McAvoy, one of the stars of Dark Phoenix, revealed that the movie’s ending was totally rewritten and was reshot after wrapping when the producers discovered the film’s ending was very similar to another superhero movie.

“The end changed a hell of a lot,” James told Yahoo Movies UK about doing extensive reshoots for the film. “The finale had to change. There was a lot of overlap and parallels with another superhero movie that came out… a while ago. And we had no idea that we were…”

His co-star Michael Fassbender then jumped in and said, “They had spies on set and [they] basically stole our idea.”

James didn’t mention which movie Dark Phoenix accidentally copied, but Yahoo did note that Dark Phoenix originally wrapped in October of 2017. Thus, the only superhero movies that were released between then and now with time for reshoots include Thor: Ragnarok, Justice League, Black Panther, Avengers: Infinity War, Deadpool 2, Ant-Man and the Wasp, Venom, and Aquaman. This year, Captain Marvel, Shazam!, and Avengers: Endgame were all released in the past few months.

Sophie Turner rocks the red carpet while attending the premiere of X-Men: Dark Phoenix on Monday (May 27) in Seoul, South Korea.

The 23-year-old actress, who also starred on Game of Thrones as Sansa Stark, was joined by her co-stars Michael Fassbender, Tye Sheridan, and Evan Peters, as well as director Simon Kinberg.

The stars all stepped out earlier in the day for a press conference in Seoul. The movie will be hitting theaters everywhere on June 7.
