'Law & Order' Star Diane Neal Allegedly Called Mariska Hargitay a 'Total B-tch'

Diane Neal may have beef with Mariska Hargitay.

The 44-year-old Law & Order: SVU star allegedly called her 55-year-old co-star a “total b-tch” and referred to the rest of her cast as “awful people” in comments made to her former campaign manager Rachael Himsel, who wrote them down in an email, according to Page Six on Friday (November 22).

The email is an exhibit in an ongoing lawsuit by Diane‘s ex-boyfriend J.B. Benn, who is firing back at her claims of physical and sexual abuse.

She also allegedly said the only pleasant person on set was Ice-T, according to paperwork unearthed from the lawsuit.

“There is no truth to this at all. Most of the people I’ve worked with are amazing, I love almost everyone I’ve ever worked with,” Diane said in a statement to Page Six, denying the accusation.

Mariska and I were not the closest, but that doesn’t mean we have any animosity towards each other, we’re still very supportive of each other. She’s a great mom, she’s great as Benson, she’s doing great charity work. I have never talked about the cast members like this, it’s salacious and untrue.”

'Law & Order: SVU' Star Diane Neal Accuses Ex J.B. Benn of Sexual Assault, Stealing Money & Harming Her Pets

Diane Neal is coming forward with accusations against her ex, J.B. Benn.

The Law & Order: SVU actress is accusing the celebrity magician of sexual and physical abuse, as well as harming her pets and stealing money.

Court documents from a lawsuit spanning over nearly two years claim that the magician is a “manipulative and maniacal fraudster” who allegedly “defrauded her of millions” and “violently inflicted emotional distress” via “a campaign of isolation, terror and (physical and sexual) assault, and destroyed her reputation by doing so,” according to reporting from Daily Beast.

She also claims he impersonated her over email and text messages, threatened her, abused her and intentionally hurt her pets.

“I’m so upset because it’s the first time that anyone has raised a hand to me … and it wasn’t a hand by the way. He never uses his hands. He kicks,” she told the Daily Beast.

He responded in an affidavit in January, calling the accusations “completely false and outrageously interposed as a tactic to cloud the fact that, on the merits, [Neal] has no entitlement to the relief she seeks…[Neal] will say whatever she believes is necessary to gain sympathy and to support her ongoing vendetta against me.”

“I fear that as this lawsuit progresses, [Neal’s] accusations will grow increasingly outlandish, and will be even less tethered to the supposed matter at issue here—the ownership of the [upstate] property,” he went on to say.

“The only thing that [Neal’s] papers prove is that she is so beholden to her anger over our failed relationship that she will swear to anything, without regard to the truth, to paint me in a false light and to try get [sic] from this court what she wants … ” he stated.

He was reportedly arrested in April for misdemeanor stalking, and in court on Tuesday (November 12), he pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, a noncriminal violation, and must pay $200 in fines and fees and honor a two-year order of protection.
