Sarah Jessica Parker confirmed that John Corbett will be reprising his role as Aidan Shaw in Season 2 of And Just Like That.
The last time the character Aidan was seen in the Sex and the City world was in the 2010 spin-off movie Sex in the City 2. And Just Like That on HBO Max is a revival and a sequel of the HBO television series Sex and the City. Originally developed as a miniseries, the series was renewed for a second season in March 2022.

John Corbett is returning to the Sex & The City universe.
The 61-year-old actor, who played Aidan Shaw – Carrie Bradshaw’s (Sarah Jessica Parker) former love in the original series – will reprise his role in HBO Max‘s And Just Like That Season 2, Deadline reported Friday (August 19).

The family is back together for the third movie in the My Big Fat Greek Wedding franchise!
Nia Vardalos and John Corbett were spotted on the set of the upcoming movie on Thursday (June 23) at Rafina port in Athens, Greece.
Also joining them on set were Andrea Martin (Aunt Voula), Gia Carides (Nikki), Joey Fatone (Angelo), Elena Kampouris (Paris), and more.
The third movie is going to follow the wedding of Toula and Ian’s daughter Paris, though it’s not yet clear who she will marry. The second movie followed Paris going to prom with Bennett, played by Alex Wolff.
Nia announced the movie this week and she is going to be behind the camera this time as well as the director!

My Big Fat Greek Wedding 3 is finally happening!
The third film in the popular comedy franchise is officially happening with star Nia Vardalos getting behind the camera to direct.
The status of movie has been up in the air for a few years, and last year, Nia revealed that the trouble with getting it made like she wanted was all due to insurance on the movie.
Now, it seems that it’s happening.

The stars are stepping out to honor Julie Andrews!
The 86-year-old Sound of Music and Mary Poppins star was honored during the 2022 AFI Life Achievement Award Gala Tribute on Thursday evening (June 9) at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles.
Julie‘s tribute event was originally scheduled for 2020, but the event was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
“Julie Andrews has sent spirits soaring across generations,” AFI President and CEO Bob Gazzale shared in a statement. “This new date for her AFI Tribute enriches our anticipation to celebrate her in a manner worthy at a time the world needs it most.”

Months ago, John Corbett told the world that he was going to be appearing in And Just Like That…, the reboot of Sex and the City.
John famously played Carrie’s boyfriend Aidan on the show for numerous seasons. Later, it was discovered that John had told a fib and was not going to be appearing on the show in any capacity.
