Both of the ladies are nominated tonight for Best Leading Actress in a Musical for their work in The King and I and The Visit, respectively.

Matthew Morrison uses a cane while walking down the red carpet at the 2015 Met Gala held at the Metropolitan Museum of Art on Monday (May 4) in New York City.

The 36-year-old actor, who is currently starring on Broadway in the smash hit musical Finding Neverland, was joined by his wife Renee Puente.

Also in attendance at the gala were The King and I‘s stars Kelli O’Hara and Ken Watanabe. In case you didn’t know, Kelli and Matthew worked together nearly a decade ago on the Tony-winning musical The Light in the Piazza.

Alex Sharp, who is Tony-nominated this year for his groundbreaking work in The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-time, was dapper in his tuxedo on the red carpet.

Neil Patrick Harris suits up to attend the opening night of King And I at the Vivian Beaumont Theatre in Lincoln Center on Thursday (April 16) in New York City.

The 41-year-old actor was joined at the event by Ethan Hawke and Cherry Jones.

The well-reviewed stars of the show, Kelli O’Hara and Ken Watanabe, got all dressed up after the show to attend the opening night party!

Neil recently revealed that he won’t be taking on any hosting gigs anytime soon.

“I’ve just spent a whole lot of time in another hosting capacity,” Neil told Broadway referring to the 2015 Oscars. “I think I’ll take a little respite.”

“I’m so proud of David. It’s great to see him do a Broadway show again; it’s been 10 years since the last time he was here,” Neil continued. “There’s been a lot of attention focused my way, and I’m so happy that the spotlight is shining back on him.”

Matthew McConaughey shows off a very blood-stained t-shirt as he enters his trailer on the set of Sea of Trees on Tuesday (August 5) in Boston, Mass.

The 44-year-old actor was joined on set by his co-star Ken Watanabe.

The creator of True Detective Nic Pizzolatto recently told THR that Matthew would be the perfect candidate for the E.G.O.T. (Emmy, Grammy, Oscar, and Tony Awards).

“I think he should do a Broadway show so he can get his Tony. And he either needs to record a song for a movie, or do some sort of spoken word album…I told him he should EGOT!” Nic said.

Matthew won an Oscar earlier this year for Dallas Buyers Club, and is up for an Emmy for his work in True Detective.

Kelli O’Hara is set to make her return to Broadway next year in the upcoming revival of the classic musical The King and I!

The 38-year-old five-time Tony Award nominated actress will be joined in the show by Ken Watanabe, who is making his stage debut in the musical.

The King and I will start previews on March 12 ahead of an official April 16 opening at Lincoln Center Theater’s Vivian Beaumont Theater.

Kelli is one of today’s most stellar theater actresses, most recently starring in the short-lived musical The Bridges of Madison County.

Ken can currently be seen in Godzilla and as the voice of the autobot Drift in this weekend’s blockbuster film Transformers: Age of Extinction.

Leonardo DiCaprio, aka The Extractor, attends the Inception press conference at the Ritz-Carlton hotel on Wednesday (July 21) in Tokyo, Japan.

The 35-year-old actor was joined by co-star Ken Watanabe, producer Emma Thomas and director Christopher Nolan.

After being released for one week, Inception will reportedly bring in $100+ million by tomorrow night. Not surprising! With all of the rave reviews from critics and viewers, this movie will continue to bring in the big bucks!
