Here’s the synopsis of the film: At the turn of the 20th century, oil brought a fortune to the Osage Nation, who became some of the richest people in the world overnight. The wealth of these Native Americans immediately attracted white interlopers, who manipulated, extorted and stole as much Osage money as they could before resorting to murder. Based on a true story and told through the improbable romance of Ernest Burkhart (DiCaprio) and Mollie Kyle (Gladstone), “Killers of the Flower Moon” is an epic western crime saga, where real love crosses paths with unspeakable betrayal.

Apple Original Films announced a global theatrical release date and unveiled a pair of new posters for the movie on Tuesday (August 29).
Killers of the Flower Moon, directed by Oscar-winner Martin Scorsese will release on October 20, and will play on IMAX screens.

The 48-year-old Titanic star attended the seriously star-studded premiere for his new movie Killers of the Flower Moon over the weekend.
On Monday (May 22), he was joined by co-stars including Lily Gladstone at a photocall and press conference for the movie at the Palais des Festivals in Cannes, France.

The Oscar-winning actor was in Oklahoma filming the upcoming movie Killers of the Flower Moon and he injured his leg in an “off-set” moment.
Thankfully, De Niro had already finished filming his scenes and had a planned break scheduled, so he has plenty of time rest and recuperate.
