Jaime King takes a sip of her iced coffee while heading to a friend’s home on Tuesday (August 18) in Los Angeles.

The 36-year-old Hart of Dixie actress took to her Instagram account the next day to share a photo of her doula Cecilia Moran Slovinsky holding her one-month-old baby Leo Thames.

“I truly don’t know what I would do without the support of @cecilia16mar, my incredible doula. She has been my doula with James Knight, came in and saved the day again with Leo Thames,” Jaime captioned the photo. “There are few words to describe how important [it] has been for me to be surrounded by powerful, loving, compassionate women during and after birth. I am so grateful to know she will be a member of our family forever.”

“First those of you who don’t know what doula’s do, I highly suggest you look into it. Holistic support for families through this journey of discovery through the birth of a child and re-birth (of oneself) is profound, exciting, sometimes terrifying and in my experience, absolutely transformative,” Jaime added. “Our country needs to step up BIG TIME in supporting families in regards to maternity and paternity rights, but along the way find those who will step on the wonderful ride with you.”

Taylor Swift took to the stage this weekend in California and sang her song “Never Grow Up” for the first time on The 1989 World Tour.

The 25-year-old singer dedicated the song to her godson, Jaime King and director Kyle Newman‘s newborn baby boy Leo Thames.

“I wrote this song when I was like 18 or 19 but my friend just had a baby and she made me godmother and I was holding this little baby the other night and I was just thinking differently,” Taylor said while introducing the song. “When you’re holding onto something that’s so innocent and so perfect and has no idea what’s coming for it with the world. The world is going to throw so many things at you as we grow up.”

“This is so beautiful Tay – Leo Thames is so blessed,” Jaime tweeted after hearing about the moment.

Jaime and her husband Kyle Newman welcomed their second son last month.

Jaime King looks on with joy while introducing her newborn son Leo Thames to his godmother, Taylor Swift.

“My loves meet. Baby boy Leo Thames and his God Mother = Bliss,” the 36-year-old Hart of Dixie actress captioned the photo on her Instagram account. Taylor posted the same photo with the caption, “Meeting my boy:)”

Taylor also posted a photo of the baby boy’s hand wrapped around her finger and she included the opening lyrics to her song “Never Grow Up.”

“Your little hand’s wrapped around my finger and it’s so quiet in the world tonight…” she wrote.

One week after​ ​Jaime King and husband Kyle Newman welcomed their​ ​second son, the new arrival’s name has been revealed.

​”Kyle​ ​and I named our second son ​Leo Thames Newman,” the 36-year-old Hart of Dixie actress said in an exclusive statement to JustJared.com. “Our family couldn’t be happier welcoming ​​​​​another little angel into this world. Thank you for ​all of the support and well wishes.”

A source close to the family shares that the baby’s name is very special to the couple: “Jaime and Kyle were married by the River Thames and Leo means strong and powerful.”

​Leo Thames, who joins 21-month-old brother James Knight, was born on Thursday (July 16) ​in Los Angeles. The newborn​’s ​godmother is none other than Taylor Swift​.​
