Chris Rock suits up while walking the carpet at the 2016 Essence Black Women in Hollywood Awards Luncheon on Thursday afternoon (February 25) at the Beverly Wilshire Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The 51-year-old comedian will be hosting the Oscars this weekend and he was joined at the event by such stars as Thandie Newton and Kelly Rowland.

Faith Evans joins Leon Bridges at the 2016 Grammy Awards held at the Staples Center on Monday (February 15) in Los Angeles.

The 42-year-old R&B artist was nominated for Best Traditional R&B Performance for “He Is.” The award was presented to Kendrick Lamar for “Alright” during the pre-show.

Leon, 26, was nominated for Best R&B Album for Coming Home, which was awarded to D’Angelo and the Vanguard for Black Messiah.

Katharine McPhee and Kelly Rowland hit the carpet at Delta Airlines’ Toast to Grammys Weekend on Friday (February 12) at NeueHouse Hollywood in Los Angeles.

The event featured a private performance by Grammy nominee Leon Bridges and other celebs in attendance included Chloe Moretz, Victoria Justice and her sister Madison, and Ariel Winter and her boyfriend Laurent Claude Gaudette.

Katharine was seen meeting up with Randy Jackson for a little American Idol reunion.
