The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame has announced their 2022 nominees!

The prestigious museum has revealed the names of the 17 contenders in the running to be inducted into the museum.

This year’s nominees include Dolly Parton, Lionel Richie, Pat Benatar and Dionne Warwick, among many others.

The roster of seven inductees will be announced in May and the ceremony will be schedule for later this year. For consideration, acts must have released their first commercial work at least 25 years ago.

Fans can vote at rockhall.com or at the Hall of Fame in Cleveland now through April 29, 2021. The top five artists with the most votes will be tallied along with other ballots selecting the inductees.

Katy Perry turns heads on the red carpet in a sleek mocha dress at the 2021 Country Music Association Awards held at the Bridgestone Arena on Wednesday night (November 10) in Nashville, Tenn.

The 37-year-old singer met up with Jennifer Hudson on the red carpet, who wore an equally stunning red pantsuit and skirt for the ceremony.

Later tonight, Jennifer will be hitting the stage for a special performance.

Katy joined her American Idol co-judges, Lionel Richie and Luke Bryan (the host of the show!) to present the first award of the night, which went to Chris Stapleton.

Chris picked up the Song of the Year and Single of the Year honors for “Starting Over”.

FYI: Katy wore a Vivienne Westwood dress. Jennifer wore a Dolce & Gabbana ensemble.

The trio celebrated the show’s fifth season on ABC and the 20th season overall with a special cake-cutting event in Los Angeles on Sunday (October 17).

Katy Perry gave us two fierce looks during the season finale of American Idol!

The 36-year-old singer was joined on stage by fellow judges Luke Bryan and Lionel Richie during the finale on Sunday (May 23) in Los Angeles.

All three of the judges took to the stage to perform duets with contestants during the final show of the season.

Katy did a duet of her song “Thinking of You” with contestant Hunter Metts, Luke performed the Bon Jovi song “Livin’ on a Prayer” with contestant Casey Bishop, and Lionel sang “One World” with the Top 8 contestants.

The winner of the season was crowned at the end of the night after tons of amazing performances. The evening featured a whopping 22 performances overall and there were so many great celebrity guests!

The judges from American Idol are breaking their silence on the controversy surrounding contestant Caleb Kennedy‘s abrupt exit from the show last week.

If you missed it, the 16-year-old singer was cut from the competition after a video surfaced of him sitting next to someone in a Ku Klux Klan-style white hood.

Just hours after the video went viral, Caleb announced that he would be leaving the show and taking a break from social media to better himself.

The judges on American Idol are facing some criticism on social media tonight for what they’re telling the contestants, even from a popular former contestant.

Melinda Doolittle, who came in third place in season six and is one of the most beloved members of the American Idol community, spoke out about the judges on Sunday night (April 18).

Katy Perry, Lionel Richie, and Luke Bryan currently sit on the show’s judging panel.
