Andrew Lincoln & Norman Reedus Grab Each Other's Butt in this 'Walking Dead' Photo!

Andrew Lincoln and Norman Reedus get real friendly while sandwiched between Melissa McBride in this brand new hilarious photo from Entertainment Weekly‘s latest issue.

Entertainment Weekly picture editor Michele Romero explained exactly what happened on set that made this photo possible:

“EW was photographing Andrew Lincoln, Melissa McBride, and Norman Reedus outside the former prison yard from season 3 and 4 of The Walking Dead. Lincoln and Reedus were behind McBride and Lincoln started laughing and was unable to maintain any actor composure in front of photographer Dan Winters’ camera. Lincoln NEVER breaks character and always maintains his American accent, even on a photo shoot. So this giggle fest was so strange to witness. Lincoln yelled for Reedus to stop and Reedus shouted, ‘Why? No one’s gonna see this!’ After a little investigating, we realized Reedus had been trying to hold Lincoln’s hand in the photos behind McBride’s back. Reedus knows how to make a great picture and also likes to give great imagery to his fans, so I asked the trio if we could shoot them from behind, and then I told Melissa McBride to turn her head towards the camera. They all complied, and then Reedus and Lincoln gave us something a little extra”taking their bromance to a whole other level. I love this picture because it just happened organically. Everyone needs a cheeky Norman Reedus.”

The two photos below are a front and back view of the same pic – can you tell that Norman and Andrew are grabbing butts?! Check out lots more over at EW.com.

'Walking Dead' Season Six First Look Photo!

Andrew Lincoln, Melissa McBride, and Norman Reedus grace the cover of EW as their The Walking Dead characters in this first look at season six.

Norman, who portrays Daryl Dixon on the show, teased that season six will bring “a lot of internal conflict. A lot of characters that you didn’t see having beef are starting to have beef”there’s a lot of mistrust.”

Andrew, who plays Rick Grimes, says this season is all about “them and us. When I read the first script, I called [showrunner Scott M. Gimple] up and went, ‘You know, I say them and they, and us and we a lot.”

Season six premieres on October 11. For more on the new season, visit EW.com.

The Two 'Walking Dead' Series Will Not Intersect... Yet

The casts of The Walking Dead and Fear the Walking Dead step out for their panels at 2015 Comic-Con on Friday (July 10) at the Convention Center in San Diego, Calif.

It was revealed during the panel for the spin-off series that there are no plans right now to have the two series intersect.

“I think [Walking Dead showrunner] Scott Gimple would kill me if I ever pitched that idea,” showrunner Dave Erickson said (via EW). “It would be geographically quite complicated. There are no plans right now to conflate the two stories, as interesting as that might be.”
