Michael B. Jordan kicked off the January 28 episode of Saturday Night Live by poking fun at his relationship status during the opening monologue.

The 35-year-old Creed III actor hopped onstage and introduced himself as “Michael B. Hosting” and “Michael B. In Therapy.” He also reflected on shooting segments for SNL where he shot his first role on the soap opera All My Children.

Michael got the audience and the rest of his co-stars excited by joking about his breakup with Lori Harvey and joining Raya, a dating app many celebrities have admitted to using.

The latest crop of Saturday Night Live hosts and performers has been announced, and the list features an exciting bunch of first-time hosts.

The popular late-night show is set to return to TV screens later this month, with the first episode since the holiday break airing on January 21. Aubrey Plaza will take over hosting duties for the show fresh off the release of The White Lotus.

Michael B. Jordan is set to host the January 28 episode ahead of the March release of Creed III.

One performer is a returning face, and the other is also an SNL first-timer.

Angela Bassett‘s 16-year-old son Slater Vance publicly apologized to Michael B. Jordan and his family after a prank gone wrong went viral.

The actress’ son shared a video on TikTok where he told his mom that her Black Panther co-star had passed away suddenly. Her reaction was one of panic before she realized that it was an inappropriate prank.

Slater has since deleted the video from his social media account. He then uploaded a video apologizing for his actions.

Michael B. Jordan is opening up about making his directorial debut with the upcoming Creed III.

After starring in the first two Creed movies, the 35-year-old actor got behind the camera for the first time to direct the third installment, which will be out in theaters on March 3, 2023.

In a new interview, Michael talked about directing for the first time, revealed who’s given him advice, and also explained why Sylvester Stallone‘s Rocky Balboa isn’t in the movie.

The 35-year-old actor is stepping behind the camera for the first time and is making his directorial debut.

“In Creed III, I wanted to know what Adonis’ limits were. So, to be able to finally step behind the camera and continue to elevate and evolve this story, it’s something I’m eternally grateful for,” Michael says.

He already knows this based on experience. The 32-year-old “Bloody Valentine” singer revealed that the 35-year-old Creed III actor helped him out when he was having a baking emergency.

MGK explained that he was trying to make cinnamon rolls for Megan Fox when he realized that he didn’t have a baking sheet during a recent interview. Thankfully, his neighbor was able to help out.

Michael B. Jordan is showing support for his pals Jonathan Majors and Glen Powell!

The 35-year-old actor walked the red carpet at the premiere of their new movie Devotion on Tuesday night (November 15) at the Regency Village Theatre in Los Angeles.

Also in attendance at the event were co-stars Christina Jackson, Joe Jonas, Thomas Sadoski, Daren Kagasoff, Nick Hargrove, and Spencer Neville.

Glen was joined on the carpet by his girlfriend, model and fashion designer Gigi Paris.

For those who don’t know, Michael and Jonathan are starring together in the upcoming film Creed III and they are both part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Devotion, which hits theaters on November 23, centers on Jesse Brown and Tom Hudner, who were real life U.S. Navy fighter pilots. The two young men are from different worlds and were initiated together into the VF-32 squadron. They are pushed to their limits, testing and flying a new design of fighter jet, but their friendship is tested when one of them is shot down behind enemy lines. Watch the trailer now!
